KEEEP SPACE operating model: zero-staff self-storage, standardised for acquisition

Dealnomic has set out the KEEEP SPACE operating standard: the specification to which acquired self-storage sites are intended to be converted.

The model is designed to run without on-site staff. The intended technology stack covers booking and access management, smart locks at unit level, AI-assisted CCTV, and automated payment collection. The objective is a site that can be operated remotely, monitored continuously, and brought onto a single operating standard regardless of how it was run before acquisition.

Standardisation is the point. A consolidation strategy only compounds if every acquired site converges on one operating model, one cost base, and one customer experience. The KEEEP SPACE standard is how Dealnomic intends to achieve that across a fragmented portfolio.
